Requirement for all builders/lot owners:
Before ARC gives final approval and before the County Building Department issues permits, you must obtain a letter from Fairway Pines Sanitation District stating that all fees, including Tap and Connection fees, are paid and up to date.  Please refer to the FPSD website linked above for all fees and rates.
