Our Mission

Fairway Pines Estates Property Owners Association is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, safe, and unified neighborhood by maintaining our common areas and upholding our Covenants, Declarations and By-Laws. Our mission is to enhance property values, preserve architectural integrity, and foster a strong sense of community among residents through transparent leadership, proactive administration, and thoughtful decision-making.

Committees

  Architectural Review Committee

The ARC exists to review, approve, and inspect, all construction, including grading, drainage, and landscaping, within the Fairway Pines Estates subdivision.

      Covenants and Rules Committee

    The Covenants and Rules Committee ensures the governing documents of

    the Association, including the Articles, By-Laws, Covenants, and the Policies,

    Procedures and Rules of the association, are appropriate given the needs

    of the Association and changing conditions and legal requirements.

      Finance Committee

    The Finance Committee assists the Association Treasurer in reviewing

    financial statements and controls and prepares annual budgets.

      Nominating Committee

    The Nominating Committee is responsible for the nomination process and assists with elections within the HOA.

    NOTE:  Due to the fact that the Nominating Committee is not a "standing" committee per se, but a committee that is resurrected solely for the purposes of an election, this committee does not have nor is required to have a charter.




    Roads Committee

    The Roads Committee has overall responsibility for road maintenance and repairs.

    The chairperson will sit on the finance committee to advise on roads.

    Welcome Committee

    The Welcome Committee is a group of Divide Ranch residents who meet regularly to welcome new homeowners to the neighborhood, provide them resources and contact information, and make their transition easier.

    You will be contacted within 3 months of moving to the Divide Ranch community and you
    will be visited when it’s convenient for you.
