A Brief History

Fairway Pines Estates was "born" in 1991 when our Planned Unit Development (PUD) was first filed. Construction of the 18 hole golf course began in 1992 with the back 9 finished in 1995.  Equilibrium Resorts (Divide Ranch and Club) acquired the golf course in 2006.  Since that time, our 400+ lot community has continued to grow with 120+ finished homes and more under construction.
