Already own a home in Fairway Pines and making changes to your home or landscaping and wondering when you need to contact ARC? 

    Per the ARC Standards, ARC must be notified of, and issue approval for the following items:

• Any construction of new buildings
• Any renovation, expansion, remodeling, or refinishing of exterior of existing structures including decking, painting, staining, etc.
• Interior changes that affect the number of dwellings, units, or functions of an existing structure
• All fencing
• Landscaping or site improvements including grading and driveway improvements
• Exterior lighting changes
• All tree removals - even if they are part of a mitigation plan as recommended by West Region Wildfire Council

Current ARC standards and documents
