The following proposed Policy 18 was drafted and reviewed by outside counsel, following certain events. The Covenants & Rules Committee has reviewed and discussed the policy draft and agrees it should be adopted. The board of directors would like to adopt the policy and welcomes comment from the membership, although cannot guarantee that comments will be included.
